Wellington skipper has pre-season injury

WELLINGTON, who missed out on winning Western Counties West last season after being harshly docked five points, could be without skipper Paddy Jarman for their pre-season games.

Jarman has damaged ankle ligaments and has been unable to train.
"Paddy has been able to ride his bike but that's not the same as training," said Wellington coach Allyn Chetland.
"We're hoping he'll soon be fit, at least for the start of the league season."
