Webb takes over captaincy at Taunton

TAUNTON Titans' outside half Lewis Webb has been appointed captain for the rest of the season.

Webb takes over from Nick Mason who took a couple of weeks off around the end of November.
Webb has skippered the side on six occasions this season and has yet to finish on the losing side when in charge.
Titans' spokesman Dick Macey said: "Lewis is a motivator and talks to his troops and has an extremely respectful manner with referees and assistant referees which has been commented upon."
Titans face Clifton away in National Two South on Saturday, having won their last four matches.
They are lying fourth in the table and must win against Clifton if they are going to stay with the top three.
