Freddie's nightmare return to rugby

TAUNTON Titans' talented centre Freddie Frazier will be sidelined for another six weeks after suffering a recurrence of an ankle injury.

Frazier was injured during Taunton's 27-3 home win over Winscombe in the quarter-finals of the Somerset Cup last night (Thurs).
It is a big blow for Frazier who had been out of action since late September with damaged ankle ligaments.
"I think Freddie was close to tears," said Taunton spokesman Dick Macey today. "He so wanted to get back to playing.
Taunton, who have no first team game tomorrow, fielded a side which included fringe and second team players.
Two other quarter-finals are being played tomorrow - Weston super Mare v University of Bath, and Midsomer Norton v Hornets.
The fourth quarter-final will be played next Friday between North Petherton and Bridgwater & Albion which is sure to attract a big crowd.
