On Wednesday the Ladies Section celebrated Kath Carr’s 90th birthday by presenting her with a bouquet of flowers, a voucher and card.

Kath has been a member at Enmore since she moved to the area in 1961. Her husband, Charlie was a golfer and in 1971 Kath took up the game herself. Enmore was just a 9 hole course at the time and the Clubhouse a small hut.

Ever since Kath has played golf and is a very active member of the Ladies section regularly playing golf on a Wednesday with the Ladies section. She continues to enjoy her golf today which is quite an achievement at the age of 90!
