Taunton look to bounce back against Beaconsfield

SOUTHERN Premier South leaders Taunton Town will be looking for their first victory of 2019 when they play at home to Beaconsfield on Wednesday night (7.45).

Taunton have dropped five points this year, losing 3-1 at Merthyr and drawing 1-1 at home to Dorchester.
It means title rivals Weymouth and Salisbury have reduced their lead at the top to only four points, but neither have a mid-week game.
Although disappointed with the draw against Dorchester, Taunton are still unbeaten at home in the league this season.
Taunton boss Rob Dray said tonight (Mon): "We created lots of chances against Dorchester. The time to worry is when you don't create opportunities.
"We have no devine right to steamroller teams. This is a tough division and there are plenty of good teams."
Taunton are likely to be at full-strength which means Ryan Brett and Ben Adelsbury will be back in contention, having not been risked against Dorchester.
Taunton will open up a seven-point lead at the top if they beat Beaconsfield.
