Tim Rouse hits another ton in Australia!

TIM Rouse continued with his fine run of form since arriving out in Adelaide where he is playing Grade Cricket for Northern Districts, and over the weekend scored his second century in as many weeks.

The 22 year old top order batsman was also among the wickets as he helped his side to a seven wicket victory over Prospect with 28 balls to spare.

After winning the toss at the Salisbury Oval the visitors chose to bat first and were dismissed for 225 in the 48th over, Tim Rouse claiming three for 24 from hos 10 overs of off spin, which included the only two maidens of the innings.

Tim then changed the ball for the bat and opened the innings and added 74 for the third wicket with team captain Mark Cosgrove.

The Somerset player then shared an unbroken fourth wicket partnership of 109 with Mitch Thomas to steer his side to victory and ended up carrying his bat for 108 which came off 130 deliveries and contained 11 fours.

Last weekend Tim made 124 on his debut appearance.
