  Junior Saints winter nets put on hold by Lockdown  
 

AT this time of year Taunton St Andrew’s Juniors would be looking to start their Sunday afternoon winter net programme at King’s College Cricket Hub, but in the light of the current lockdown this has had to be put on hold.

However hopefully the indoor nets will be able to get underway, before the new season commences.

There is good news for all at the Saints because the construction of the new 3three ane outdoor permanent nets at the Wyvern Club has already been started .
Congratulations to all the Taunton St Andrews juniors that have been selected for Somerset County Cricket Club winter age group squads and for the SCCC Pathway squads.

Particular congratulations go to Jay Terry and Ollie Heard, last year’s TSA U15s who have been invited to join the Somerset PSPP (Potential Somerset Player Programme), and Jago Barclay, who has been invited onto the Somerset EPP (Emerging Player Programme).
